Ingredients

Coffee
200 ml (Mineral) water
10 g Maize starch
15 g Sugar
Zanahorias salteadas
100 g Carrots, fresh
10 g Margarine
5 g Onions, fresh
1 g Parsley leaves, fresh
Tortilla
30 g Tortilla de harina/wheat flat bread
Camote cocido (Cooked sweet potatoes)
100 g Sweet potatoes, fresh
200 ml Water
Biscuit with jam
20 g Butter biscuits
10 g Strawberry jam

Cooking Instructions

Zanahorias salteadas (Roasted carrots)

Clean and chop the carrots. Heat the margarine in a skillet and braise the
chopped onions. Add the carrots and fry for approximately 10 minutes until
tender. Serve with fresh parsley.
