Vermicelli noodles with vegetable and meat (1 big bowl)
Cut off the uneaten chard, wash and cut chard into 3 cm lengths. Wash vermicelli noodles,
soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then take out. Cut noodles into 20-25 cm lengths
and drain well. Slice lean meat thinly or mince meat. Stir-fry chard with oil. Put into a
bowl. Boil 300 ml of water, add meat and boil again, add vermicelli noodles until noodles
are soft. Put into a bowl and add stir-fried chard. When serving they can be mixed.
