20 ml Oil
5 g Garlic, fresh
2 g Mustard seeds
25 g Green peppers, fresh, julienned
25 g Carrots, fresh, julienned
50 g Egg white
70 g Mee Hoon
20 ml Water

Cooking Instructions

Vegetarian Mee Hoon

Heat the oil in wok and sauté chopped garlic. Add in mustard seeds, julienned green
pepper and carrot and stir. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the beaten egg white. Add the Mee
Hoon and water. Cook for 1-2 minutes until soft. Dish up and serve.
