Ingredients

Tomato soup
200 g Tomatoes, tinned
50 g Onions, fresh
5 ml Rapeseed oil
¼ g Salt
¼ g Pepper
1 g Garlic powder
30 ml Cream
Fried chicken and roasted potatoes
40 g Chicken fryer, breast, fresh
10 ml Rapeseed oil
¼ g Salt
¼ g Pepper
100 g Potatoes unpeeled, fresh
10 ml Olive oil
5 g Sesame seeds
¼ g Salt
Fresh fruit
200 g Apples, fresh

Cooking Instructions

Tomato soup

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté cubed onions until tender. Stir in the tinned tomatoes and cook at low temperature for 10-15 minutes. Mash and add some water if necessary. Finally add the cream and season the soup with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

 

Fried chicken and roasted potatoes

Heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the pork until tender and season with salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 245 °C. Wash the potatoes, cube and place them in a single layer on a roasting pan. Oil the potatoes and season with salt and sesame seeds. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
