70 g (1 cup) Toddy palm
15 ml (1 tbsp) Sugar, white

Cooking Instructions

Toddy palm slice in syrup (Look Tarn Loy Gaew)

Wash and remove outer skin, then slice the fruit. Bring water to the boil and add sugar.
Put the sliced toddy fruit into the pot and boil again. Leave it to cool and serve with ice.
