Vermicelli noodles with prawns
120 g Vermicelli noodles
100 g Chard
15 g (3 spoons) Vegetable oil
30 g (6 pc) Prawns

Cooking Instructions

Stir-fried vermicelli noodles with prawns (1 large plate)

Wash vermicelli noodles, soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then take out. Cut noodles
into 15-20 cm lengths and drain well. Peel and devein prawns. Cut off the uneaten chard,
wash and cut chard into 3 cm lengths. Stir-fry chard with 10 g of oil. Tranfer to a bowl.
Stir-fry prawns with oil. Stir-fry vermicelli noodles with 20 g of oil then mix the
stir-fried chard. Tranfer to a plate and add stir-fried prawns. Mix well when eating.
