Ingredients

5 ml (1 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced
1.87 g (1 tsp) Onion, sliced
1.87 g (1 tsp) Celery, chopped
1.87 g (1 tsp) Carrots, julienned
240 ml (1 cup) Water
25 g (1/4 cup) Bihon noodles
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground
20 g (1 pc) Toasted bread
10 g (2 tsp) Butter, unsalted

Cooking Instructions

Place a pan over medium heat and pour oil. Sauté garlic, onion, celery and carrots. Set the vegables aside.

Place a saucepan over medium heat, bring water to boil and add bihon noodles until cooked.

Combine the sautéed vegetables and noodles then season with pepper.
