Vermicelli noodles with beef and celery

Wash vermicelli noodles, soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then take out. Cut noodles into 10-15 cm lengths and drain well. Cut off the base of the celery and yellow leaves, wash and cut into 3 cm lengths. Slice beef thinly. Stir-fry celery and beef with 5 g of oil. Stir-fry vermicelli noodles with 10 g of oil then mix the stir-fried celery and beef. Tranfer to a plate.

Vermicelli noodles with vegetable and meat

Cut off the uneaten chard, wash and cut chard into 3 cm lengths. Wash vermicelli noodles, soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then take out. Cut noodles into 20-25 cm lengths and drain well. Slice lean meat thinly or mince meat. Stir-fry chard with oil. Put into a bowl. Boil 300 ml of water, add meat and boil again, add vermicelli noodles until noodles are soft. Put into a bowl and add stir-fried chard. When serving they can be mixed.
